I think this should be analysed looking at how Openiddict manages the token.

I suppose (but I'm not sure) the token is stored somewhere in the database (in fact if you look at the db you'll see Openiddict generates some tables), so... as long as the balanced application connects to the same database instance I think the token should still be valid.
